Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, we’re here to assist you.

Returns: Products can be returned if the received item is incorrect or damaged during shipping. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return, and we will provide instructions for a replacement.

Note: Damaged products must be returned within 30 days.

Exchanges: Exchanges can be made only before the order has been shipped. If you need a different product of the same value, please contact customer service.

Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed. Kindly consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kiwilove.co.nz.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
